The Estateエステート
There are places the world has not yet touched. On a ridge of the Costa Ballena, where humpback whales return each year to the warm waters below, lies a rare convergence: standing primary forest, rivers that fall into natural pools, and a 180-degree view over the Whale's Tail — the sand formation that gives this bay its name. Ameyal, from the ancient word for a spring that rises from the earth, is conceived so that this landscape remains the protagonist. Architecture is folded into the terrain. The forest is not the backdrop. It is the reason.

The Land大地
The estate rises within the Osa region, a territory that concentrates roughly 2.5% of the planet's biodiversity in a fraction of its surface. Mature primary forest covers the heart of the property — home to toucans, scarlet macaws, sloths, and troops of monkeys that move through an unbroken canopy.
